William F. Hayden Draft Plan Survey

  Thank you to the thousands of community members, park users, stakeholders, and partners who have participated throughout the 18-month planning process for William F. Hayden Park. Your feedback has helped shape the vision, recommendations, and priorities included in the William F. Hayden Draft Comprehensive Plan.

The project team has now reached the 95% plan stage for public review before the plan is finalized and considered by City Council for adoption later this year. The plan brings together the work completed throughout the planning process and provides a framework for how the park can be managed and improved over the next 10–20 years.

The plan is intended to be a guide for future decision-making and implementation—not a commitment to construct every recommendation identified in the plan. Implementation will depend on future funding, priorities, resource conditions, community needs and additional design work.
