Thousands of residents contributed to the plan's development by giving us honest and thoughtful feedback. The six goals and 42 actions below are included in the master plan which was adopted by Lakewood's City Council on October 23, 2017

The chemical (glyphosate) is turning up in our food and water and has been deemed a probable carcinogen by the EU, when we were told (1) it does not remain in the environment, (2) it is harmless and (3) it is effective against weeds. But our favorite times there are the Bark N Splash events. Our dog can't get enough!

We as a family really enjoy going there and spending time while having lots of fun and entertainment!

The views are lovely and we love hanging out near the playground. The sculpture, water and picnic shelters are so beautiful. My little one loves all the playgrounds in Lakewood, but this is a photo of her in the swings at Addenbrooke.

I love to hike with my dog on Green Mountain and when I don't feel like hiking, she can get her exercise at Forsberg Park. We also really love Belmar Park for the great views and sunsets!
