Dog park w/ specific area for small dogs and agility obstacles

I would love a dog park with a separate area for small dogs (and disabled/slow moving/senior dogs). There are a great number of off leash parks but they are often full of large breed dogs and I've been witness or involved in several scary experiences with large dogs hurting or scaring the small ones. It's really hard to find one in the area where small dogs can let loose and socialize. It would be great to see some agility obstacles as well.

Playground for Young Children <4 year old

There are very few families with playground age children north of 2nd. Most families tend to be closer to the Union Square Park. The existing playground gets very little use. Street parking is in high demand on this street so for this playground to get adequate use for the cost it'd need to be the best playground in the ~2 mile radius and thus a place families want to drive to. So if a best-in-area playground is built, it'd have to be paired with a parking lot like Union Square. The families that are here tend to have very young children as they save up to be able to rent or buy a house. It'd be better to upgrade the playground at Union Square.

Plantings to control dust and not be a habitat for rattlesnakes

Main reason I use other parks now is the dust and dirt at this park. I've seen many coyotes in the area as well so short grass that doesn't allow coyotes to hide would be a big improvement.

Please keep this as a neighbor park. Adding a dog park will bring in people from all over. Too many irresponsible owners.

Keep the nature area alone. Will ruin wildlife habit.
