Walker-Branch Park facing north

The City of Lakewood, the City of Edgewater and Livable Cities Studio have teamed up to develop a master plan to revitalize Walker-Branch Park! Located at 5825 W. 16th Ave., this unique 14-acre community park is owned jointly by Lakewood and Edgewater and is home to the Edgewater Civic Center. The park is located in Ward 2 of the City of Lakewood and serves a diverse community with a popular skatepark, three play areas, volleyball courts, field space and shelters for small gatherings and shade.

With input from the community and stakeholders, the cities seek to develop a master plan for the future of this space, to bring more activation to the park and to ensure it remains a special gathering place next to the Edgewater Civic Center.
