Draft ArtLine Design Standards & Guidelines Update

The draft 40 West ArtLine Design Standards & Guidelines (DSG) can be viewed on the Lakewood Design Review Commission website. The draft DSG were reviewed at a public meeting with the Lakewood Design Review Commission (DRC) on December 12, 2023. The DRC recommended incorporating final edits to the DSG and scheduled a meeting for January 9th, 2024 at 11am to consider adoption of the DSG.
